Ski-chasing, motorcycle-riding world traveler who collects voices in new cities, P. J. Kaylo writes romance that flirts with mystery, gothic shadows, and a touch of cosmic horror, set in late-night cities, messy group chats, a Chicago with a darker twin, a distant world circling a black hole, and very determined hearts. By daylight, PJ manages teams at a software company, which is a polite way to say wrangling roadmaps, sprint drama, and the occasional plot twist. Off-hours belong to a dog and a cat, ski days that reset the soul, supporting dog rescue, and hopping on planes to collect new backdrops. In Kaylo's stories you will find witty banter, slow-burn tension, ride-or-die friends, and the kind of chaos, modern or otherwise, that somehow leads to something real.
