It's time to reset the tone.
Bryce lives for hockey. As a 38 year old player who still hasn’t retired, it’s no surprise to anyone that his body isn’t quite keeping up like it used to. When he finds himself darkening the door of the training room at the beginning of the season, the only person there is the new trainer he hasn’t been able to get out of his head. The one person who isn’t willing to listen to any of his bullshit.
Paul doesn’t like hockey. He doesn’t really like sports at all, even though he’s based his whole career around them. But when an opportunity arises to work with Nashville’s professional hockey team, the Stockmen, he can’t say no. Equally hard to say no to is Bryce Nolan, the team veteran and resident macho man. As the intense, physical attraction turns into something more, Paul has to decide what’s more important to him: his job or a chance at something real.
This is an MM, forbidden (athletic trainer x player), hockey romance with a guaranteed HEA.
