How often do you think that the ‘90s and / or early 2000s was only ten years ago?
Andy Kent does all the time. He can’t help it; it’s the millennial in him. Maybe subconsciously he’s just wanting to go back to simplier times.
But he isn’t the only one. ‘90s and 2000s nostalgia pages are popping up left and right on instagram, funneling in millennials by the millions for an escape back to BMX bikes, AOL Instant Messenger, MySpace, TRL, Abercrombie & Fitch, and the insanely popular hairstyle known as “frosted tips”.

But when a chance encounter happens, he ends up telling an elderly couple all about his time as thirteen-year-old during the summer of 2003. Summer camp. Gogurts. Girls. Burned CDs. Flashlight tag. Walkmans. Drama in the neighborhood over an iPod.
He tells them all about his time with…
