Sorrow waits where memory begins.
Why did Marc Robinson murder the twin sister he adored?
He spent years in a psychiatric hospital and still has no memory of the crime. Determined to reclaim his stolen past, he returns home to uncover the truth about the night that stole his sister, his future, and the artist he once was.
When Kelly Durrell returns to her Illinois hometown after her father's death, she receives a puzzling bequest from her former art teacher, the twins’ aunt: a disturbing graphic novel the twins created only days before the murder. But crucial pages are missing, and the will carries one stipulation: never let Marc have it. Ignoring the warning, Kelly joins forces with the man everyone calls a killer. Together they hunt for the missing pages, but small towns have long memories. Even after twenty years, they still see Kelly as a teenage troublemaker. And Marc is still a murderer. Despite threats and warnings, Kelly and Marc persist in their search. The closer they come to uncovering the secrets of the past, the higher the stakes become.
Someone else has a secret. Someone in the shadows knows what happened that terrible night. Will the truth set Marc free, or will it destroy the new life he managed to create for himself? If Marc uncovers what really happened that night, he may finally clear his name. Or he may discover that the truth is far more devastating than the crime he can't remember.
Sorrow’s Brother is the third novel in the riveting KELLY DURRELL THRILLER series, a tense psychological suspense thriller that will keep you guessing until the end.
