Blurb

A dark revenge thriller series where power is currency and trust is dangerous.

Lila Whitley died for what she knew. Now Frances knows it too.

Frances thought exposing the conspiracy inside her blackmail-equipped hookup app Clicqk was the end of it. She was wrong.

New intel pulls Frances and Cash into something older and darker: a decade-long cover-up linking a technology empire, a rising political dynasty, and the people Lila trusted most. Someone has been managing this secret for ten years… and they're very good at what they do.

Every answer leads to another lie. Every person involved has something to protect, and someone to silence.

Lila wasn't killed for what she did. She was killed for what she knew. Now Frances and Cash know too much, too.

Finding the truth is one thing. Surviving it is another.

Author

Writing stories of women who outthink, outmaneuver, and out-desire the systems that underestimate them.

Bex Edwards writes psychological thrillers and dark, seductive technoir where ambition, desire, and digital vulnerability ignite high-voltage, psyche-driven tension. Her work blends erotic heat with heart-pounding suspense, pulling readers into intimate worlds of power imbalance, blackmail, and the thin line between empowerment and exploitation.

A lifelong storyteller, Bex attended her first writer’s conference in second grade and later earned a writing scholarship, a B.A. in English Literature, and a doctorate in psychology. After years of publishing nonfiction, she’s now flipping her script and pursuing the fiction career she always imagined.
