Casey Keen is a writer, advocate, and mother dedicated to exploring the complexities of the human experience, whether through the lens of motherhood, mental health, or immersive storytelling. Her work delves into themes of resilience, identity, and transformation, spanning both deeply personal narratives and richly imagined fiction.
She is the author of The Alchemy of Motherhood, a memoir that blends personal experience, social commentary, and medical insight to expose the shortcomings of the healthcare system in supporting postpartum mothers. She has also published the Anna Wolfe series and continues to explore storytelling as a means of connection.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Forensic Medicine, Casey brings a unique perspective to the intersection of mental health, trauma, and systemic reform. In addition to her writing, Casey founded an online postpartum support Discord community and is building a platform that provides education, coaching, and advocacy for new mothers.
