Beth isn’t looking for forever this Christmas. Then forever shows up for a date with her twin.
Christmas on Smuggler’s Hideaway is my favorite time of year. There’s moonshine, pirate carols, quirky island traditions, and enough holiday chaos to keep me entertained until New Year’s.
Unfortunately, holiday chaos isn’t enough for my twin. She needs to create some of her own.
She discovers I have a date and decides to meet him herself. Apparently, screening my dates is now part of her sisterly duties.
Too bad she didn’t tell me.
When I show up, I’m met with a man who’s absolutely convinced I’m not the woman he’s been having drinks with. Nope. That would be my twin playing games.
He’s annoyed, but I’m intrigued. Travis is the first man in forever who can tell us apart. And it doesn’t hurt that he’s ridiculously attractive.
Too bad Travis is only on Smuggler’s Hideaway for Christmas.
Because one date is all it takes for me to know I want more.
Playing for Christmas is a spicy small-town holiday romance novella featuring instalove, Christmas chaos, meddling twins, quirky island traditions, a heroine who knows exactly what she wants, and a mainlander who unexpectedly finds love, family, and a place to call home. It’s part of the Steel City Seals series but can be read as a standalone—although you may want to meet the rest of the team when you’re done.
