Slater King studied biochemistry at university before becoming an award-winning portrait photographer, taking him all over the world and into locations as varied as palaces and prisons. He has published five photographic books, including Whittington Hospital in the Time of Covid. This is his first book of ideas. He lives in London with his two children.
