Christine Lance-Bryan is an Air Force brat and Navy veteran who carries two very different worlds within her—her mother Helga, who left Munich, Germany at twenty to marry her father Douglas, a self-described "North Georgia hillbilly." After the Navy, she worked in the semiconductor industry in Austin, Texas before spending eleven years in education to be closer to her children.
Upon the passing of her parents and brother, Christine poured her love and grief into the Song of the Golden Wind novel and soundtrack. Her father was a natural storyteller, and she wanted to create something her late family would not only enjoy but pass on—a story full of the light and tense moments every family experiences, and the longing felt by those who have grown apart.
Guided by her faith and a lifetime of travels across the globe, Christine created Song of the Golden Wind, a novel—a story readers of all ages will return to again and again.
