I grew up in Kamloops, Canada, but at 25, I experienced a sexual assault. Everything I had been working toward felt impossible, so I packed my life and my cats into my car and moved across the border to Seattle to start a new life.
In 2018, I wasn’t thinking about writing. I wasn’t thinking about much of anything actually. I was suicidal. Fortunately, I found an underground psychedelic-assisted therapist who changed everything.
Today, I'm a trained psychedelic facilitator and am dedicated to exploring how expanded states of consciousness can heal personal and societal wounds.
