Karin LaScola is a former educator and TV news producer whose passion for clear, engaging storytelling led her to a second career focused on children and literacy. While raising her daughters, she worked as a reading support instructor and saw firsthand the challenges young readers face. That experience inspired her to earn a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Literacy from Arizona State University. She now volunteers at her local library and writes stories that help children build a lifelong love of reading.
