Rae Wilson answered an ad for a job at a community newspaper in her hometown and, much like Joey Stevens, stumbled into a career. She has been a community reporter, a managing editor, and a freelance writer and editor in Florida for more than 20 years. She lives in St. Pete with her brilliant engineer wife and bossy rescue Frenchie. When the weather is nice, they kayak. When it’s not, they dream about it. Joey Stevens Gets a Clue is her debut novel.
