Patrick Cirillo is a successful screenwriter whose credits include the hit film "Tears of the Sun," starring Bruce Willis, and "Homer and Eddie," starring Jim Belushi and Whoopi Goldberg. "Homer and Eddie" won the Best Picture Award at the San Sebastian Film Festival. His additional films include "The Surgeon" starring Malcolm McDowell, and "Dangerous Heart," starring Tim Daly and Lauren Holly.
He has sold spec screenplays to every major Hollywood studio and has done work for hire for those same companies.
Mr. Cirillo grew up in the suburban Connecticut town of Windsor and is a graduate of Fordham University. He also holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from UCLA Film School. He is married, the father of two, and the grandfather of one. He lives in Los Angeles.
