A former HR Director turned indie author, Briar left the traditional career path behind to finally pursue the stories she’d been carrying since childhood. She is proudly self-taught and loves the creative freedom that independent publishing allows.
Originally from Texas, Briar now lives in southwest Louisiana with her husband, two children, two German Shorthaired Pointers, and one very opinionated cat. When she isn’t writing, working, or spending time with her family, she’s usually reading, holding her family squad together in Fortnite, or planning another Disney getaway.
