Susanna jokes that it took her over 60 years to write her first mystery novel.
She wanted to write mysteries ever since she read her first Nancy Drew in the third grade. A few small things got in the way, like raising—and needing to feed—five kids, so she spent decades writing for newspapers, magazines, and websites. When she finally "retired," she made her first foray into writing fiction.
Her new mystery, Chords of Deception, will be available soon. And no, it didn't take 60 years!
Susanna divides her time between Florida's panhandle and a small town in Panama.
