Dr. Alastair Wells is a post-graduate-qualified molecular biologist, virologist, and genetic engineer with a PhD in mathematical modelling and economics. His father is an English teacher and a traveling storyteller. In retrospect, being an author of science fiction and fantasy was the only thing that made sense.
