Dean Crisp is a leadership influencer & president of Leaders Helping Leaders Network which has graduated more than 2000 students since its inception in 2018. As a 30-year veteran of law enforcement and 17 years as a chief of police, Crisp has received numerous state and national awards for his innovation as a law enforcement leader. Perhaps the most distinguished award Crisp ever received was the National Thomas Jefferson Award for Public Service as a police officer in Asheville. He was the first police officer to receive this award and the youngest at the time. The award was received in the spring of 1983 for his work in creating a summer camp for disadvantaged youth in the Asheville and Buncombe County, NC. Dean served as FBI-LEEDA's National Training Director and was instrumental in creating that organization’s Trilogy program.
