I write character-driven queer love stories with a literary-fiction sensibility. My work centres on flawed, complicated people who are trying to live honestly while juggling grief, guilt, or past decisions that continue to shape them. I am drawn to characters who refuse easy categorisation—heroes with sharp edges, antagonists with unexpected strengths, and relationships that develop in ways neither side anticipates.
Eddie and I divide our time between Thailand and the United Kingdom, usually with a new draft open, a series playing on TV, or an opportunistic animal attempting to move in.
