For nearly 20 years and almost as many organizations and schools, Lita has taught creative writing to students aged 8 to 80 (many college-aged) and from jail inmates to members of a poetry society. She has published many, many small pieces in fiction, nonfiction, and poetry, but this is her first "big piece"!
Dozens of her students have published and performed work they wrote in her classes. She is also the co-founder of a long-running literary reading series, Flash Fiction Forum.
