A novelist, screenwriter, and designer, Chase writes in a Cinematic Literary style shaped by a lifelong obsession with film: dense, atmospheric prose built with the pacing, blocking, and escalation of screen drama. His catalog spans crime, psychological drama, horror, historical revenge, and black comedy, including The Bastard of Taylor's End (2025), a 502-page revenge epic set in an alternate 1602 England, and Jokes About Suicide (2026), his twelfth title in twelve months.
