Courtney Stough is a mother, corporate attorney, coach, speaker, and the author of Prana Rising: Reclaim Your Life Force & Amplify Your Personal Power. She has spent years studying the intersection of high performance and human vitality and why so many high achievers are told they're burned out when the real problem runs deeper.
A graduate of Yale University and Tulane Law School, she built a career as a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm before her own reclamation from disconnection, chronic pain, and overmedication became the foundation of a grounded method for sustainable aliveness. Stough holds a 200-hour yoga certification and has trained with transformational leaders in somatic, energetic, and embodiment practices. She brings the same precision she honed in law to the embodied work of helping high-functioning people reclaim their life force.
Her mission is to help people stop performing their lives, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move through the ups and downs of modern life with sovereignty and more moments of what she calls Blissence™: the bliss of being fully present in your authentic essence.
Stough lives in Atlanta with her husband and two children.
