Iris Cannon is a daydreamer who takes great pleasure in putting her thoughts on paper. In fact, some of her best writing has come about while she was sleeping. She lives on a farm with her four alpacas, two squirrels, an echidna, and three mountain goats.
In her former life before she became a writer extraordinaire, Iris was a court room reporter, a bus driver, an opera singer, and the owner of a lighthouse with a broken beacon.
She loves old Hollywood movies, reading once loved books that people have forgotten about, and drinking endless cups of coffee to keep her dreaming throughout the night. Her stress therapy consists of jumping high enough on a trampoline to look into her neighbour's messy backyard.
