With more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Tierra began as a CrossFit coach and nutrition educator before expanding her focus to women’s hormone health. Through years of working with clients—and navigating her own experiences with birth control, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery—she saw firsthand how little women are taught about their hormones. Her mission is simple: to close that education gap and give women the knowledge to make informed, confident choices about their health.
Tierra’s perspective draws on her years of coaching, her background in human performance, and her ongoing work in health education. She founded Duncan Milam, an independent publishing company dedicated to producing evidence-based books and resources that support women’s health.
