Jade T. Woodridge was born in Naples, Italy to military parents and raised (for the most part) in the Washington D.C. metro area. She holds a Bachelor’s in English Literature and a Master’s in Library and Information Sciences. Jade is a Michigan transplant, a public library branch manager, and a person who stutters. Her largely speculative works can be found in The Great Lakes Review, The Amistad, Obsidian: Literature & Arts in the African Diaspora, Midnight & Indigo, FIYAH Magazine, and more. Shadows of Memory is her first novel.
