My name is Jesse and I was born in Germany, raised in Texas, and now live in Michigan. I've always been a huge fan of horror and the more otherworldly things even if my friends were less drawn to such. So when a new scary movie and horror video game came out, I was usually enjoying those things on my own. But it seems the vibes in the Midwest are perfectly suitable to flourish such interests. Since moving to Detroit, I've found that people here are far more welcoming of the macabre and strange… and I love it!
Recently I've written and published my first novel, "Convergence," which is about a man traveling across Michigan to bury the ashes of his late wife in the Upper Peninsula before the world ends in a week. The writing experience was an excellent challenge, and I hope that anyone who finds the concept interesting to please check it out!
