Chris Atwell is a leadership coach and founder of Mindset-Conquest, where he helps owners of manufacturers’ rep agencies move from overwhelmed operators to confident, structured leaders. His work focuses on building leadership teams, strengthening accountability, and creating systems that allow businesses to grow without depending on the owner.
Chris has worked with hundreds of leaders within manufacturers’ rep agencies across North America, helping them reclaim an average of 7+ hours per week, improve execution, and develop managers and future leaders who take ownership of the business.
Before founding Mindset-Conquest, Chris spent over a decade in sales and leadership roles within the manufacturing and distribution industry, with experience connected to organizations such as ITW, Grainger, and Aliaxis. This gave him firsthand exposure to how rep agencies operate and where leadership gaps begin to slow growth.
