Stacy- Ann Hewitt spent more than twenty years working with diverse populations in social work and behavioral health, including running her own consultancy that trained criminal justice and social work professionals. After cancer took her voice, she turned to writing as a new way to explore the questions that had defined her career: why people believe what they do, how perceptions are shaped, and what drives human behavior.
